I. Introduction

II. Test Purpose
Verify the sealing and pressure resistance of pipeline connectors under specified pressure.
Evaluate the reliability of pipeline connectors under 2 times pressure to ensure that they can still maintain good working condition under abnormal conditions.
Through 5 minutes of continuous testing, simulate long-term use in the actual working environment and verify the stability of pipeline couplings.
III. Test Work Content
(I) Test Preparation
Select appropriate DINSEN pipeline couplings as test samples to ensure that the test results are representative.
Prepare professional test equipment, including pressure pumps, pressure gauges, timers, etc., to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test data.
Clean and organize the test site to ensure that the test environment is safe and tidy.
(II) Test Process
Install the pipeline connector on the test pipeline to ensure that the connection is tight and leak-free.
Use a pressure pump to gradually increase the pressure in the pipeline, and keep it stable after reaching the specified pressure.
Observe the reading of the pressure gauge and record the sealing performance and deformation of the pipeline connector under different pressures.
When the pressure reaches 2 times the specified pressure, start timing and continue testing for 5 minutes.
During the test, pay close attention to any abnormal conditions of the pipeline connector, such as leakage, rupture, etc.
(III) Data recording and analysis

IV. Test results
(I) Sealing performance
Under the specified pressure, the pipeline connectors of all test samples showed good sealing performance and no leakage occurred. Under 2 times the pressure, after 5 minutes of continuous testing, most samples can still remain sealed, and only a few samples have slight leakage, but the leakage rate is within an acceptable range.
(II) Pressure resistance
Under 2 times the pressure, the pipeline connector can withstand a certain pressure without rupture or damage. After testing, the pressure resistance of all samples meets the design requirements.
(III) Stability
During the 5-minute continuous test, the performance of the pipe connector remained stable without obvious changes. This shows that the pipe connector has good stability during long-term use.
V. Conclusion
The results of the pressure test of the pipe coupling show that the tested pipe connector has good sealing performance and pressure resistance under the specified pressure, and can also maintain a certain reliability under 2 times the pressure.
Through 5 minutes of continuous testing, the stability of the pipe connector during long-term use was verified.
