On July 25th, at the beginning of the new week, The company gathered us to conduct the work plan sorting and professional knowledge related training. China is the biggest producer of casting iron technology. Thus, a hundred schools of thought contend in the cast iron industry in China, but it has also brought the disadvantages of disorderly competition in the cast iron market. So as one of the wholesalers in the front end of the cast iron pipe field, how to maintain and improve our position in the cast iron market? To this end, there are two questions worth thinking about:
What are the real needs of the customers?
How can we make customers feel the peak experience in DS?
In the meeting, we combined two cases to think about what deep needs of existing customers for cast iron products, which we always believe as profit needs. In the smile theory mentioned in the training, both peaks are design and brand respectively. And drainage pipeline such products do not have a wide design market, therefore, we are advocated to consider what innovation is possible from the brand and the aspects of drainage pipe performance, quality. Otherwise, in addition to grasping the quality of pipes and pipe fittings, what help can we provide from customer sales methods, cast iron pipe end-customers in the field of what can play the space, are also the issues we should consider.
Pipeline quality is the foundation of DS, but at the same time, we have always been able to provide customers with more knowledge expansion service like drainage pipelinesystems and others.
