1. control of raw materials. Besides of the chemical property of iron, we also requires our factory to test grasp the physical properties of the product, and test the Brinell hardness, tensile strength and ring crush strength of pipes & fittings.
2. Paints. The coating is very important for the pipes and fittings. To make sure the paints is qualified, we ask the supplier to carry out salt spraying test, adherence test and tempreture cycling test on the pipes and fittings. Now the pipe we provide can stand 1000 hours in salt spraying test without rust, which is much higher than the EN877 standard 350 hours required.
